What is a Work Licence?
A Work Licence is a special court-approved licence that lets someone who has lost their driver’s licence (has been suspended or disqualified from driving) to start driving again.

3. Application is filed
Once you have approved and signed the documents these will be filed with the District Court nearest you.

4. Application served on police
Once the application is lodged we will serve it on the police for their comment.

5. Review stage
Sometimes the police will initially oppose an application and will notify us as to why. We then work with the police on your behalf to amend your application as required to obtain the police’s consent.
We always work hard to get the police’s approval as this means that your application is far more likely to succeed on the day.
